PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit the trouble information and the operating conditions of an image forming apparatus accurately to a remote central management system. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus comprises a diagnosis application 117 for detecting the trouble in a control service or an application by performing communication of the control service or application between processes, and an NCS 128 for transmitting detected software trouble information to a remote central management system 200 for collecting the trouble information from a plurality of image processors connected with a network utilizing a public line. |
