PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bill in response to a layout of information to be combined with an image. SOLUTION: A billing apparatus comprises an image output means outputting images, a communication means communicating to external appliances, an information input means reading information from a server via the communication means, an operating means selecting a plurality of information to output to the image output means, a layout means converting the selected information into images by combining the selected information, a memory means storing the images and information converted by the layout means, furthermore, the billing apparatus has a billing means setting prices by information selected by the operating means and billing together with an expense which is cost by the image output means. |
