PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional recent composite machine that takes much time for making settings although complicated settings are available and cannot allow a user to make settings while other user uses the composite machine. SOLUTION: A user can make settings by using a personal computer connected to a network even when a desirable composite machine by the user in use and a setting reservation is reserved for the right of use of the composite machine. The user stores only identification information to call settings reserved for a business phone or the like and operates the business phone in front of the composite machine to call the settings. Further, the composite machine outputs a job to be received after the reservation when the job of a reserving party is finished. |
