PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a base station which can satisfactorily perform radio communication.SOLUTION: A radio communication terminal 1 includes: a base station information acquisition unit 113 which acquires base station information indicative of a plurality of base stations each capable of establishing a communication link with the radio communication terminal 1; a state acquisition unit 114 which acquires state information indicative of a radio wave state; and a determination unit 115 which determines a connection destination base station among the plurality of base stations, to which the radio communication terminal 1 establishes a communication link. Based on the state information acquired by the state acquisition unit 114, the determination unit 115 more preferentially determines, as a connection destination base station, a base station which is estimated to have higher radio communication quality in the established communication link.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
