PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield sheet haing an insulating layer excellent in visibility of printing.SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shield sheet includes a conductive layer and an insulating layer. The insulating layer contains a thermosetting resin, a setting agent, and a black coloring agent. The average primary particle size of the black coloring agent is 20 to 100 nm. The 85° glossiness of the insulating layer is preferably 15 to 50. The L* value of the insulating layer in the L*a*b* color system is preferably 20 to 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
