ACETABULAR CUP FOR ARTIFICIAL HIP JOINT

PURPOSE: Provided is an acetabular cup for artificial hip joint which limits the number of a screw insertion hole at a proper location to a minimum degree so that it improves convenience in a surgical operation. CONSTITUTION: The acetabular cup for artificial hip joint comprises the parts of: a lower edge which is circularly formed between a concave inner surface including ceramic sphere or high molecular sphere and a convex outer surface; screw insertion holes(11,12,13,14) which are formed at a certain location to penetrate the outer surface from the inner surface; an insertion hole for instruments(17) which is located on the top location of the outer surface to penetrate the outer surface from the inner surface; and an identification groove which is placed at the lower edge.
