摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell in which the reaction gas is supplied uniformly from the manifold part to the gas passage part. SOLUTION: This is a fuel cell 10 in which a cell constructed by pinching the MEA with a separator 18 is laminated in plural layers, and the separator 18 is formed split into a first membrane 18A, 18B and a second membrane 18C, 18D having an extraction hole at the fuel cell generation corresponding part, and a manifold part which is offset to the gas passage part is formed on the second membrane, and a gas passage connection part 37 which connects the manifold part and the gas passage part is formed on the second membrane, and a gas straightness 35, 36 is formed at the gas passage connection part 37. The first membrane is a metallic separator and the second membrane is a resin frame. A holding weir of a sealer and an adhesive is provided on the second membrane and a protrusion for maintaining the height of the gas passage is also provided on the second membrane. A passage resistance part is provided at the gas passage connection part on the gas exhaust side of the second membrane. The interval between the gas straighter and the edge of the extraction hole of the second membrane is made a prescribed value or more.
