PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for refrigeration or air conditioning which has a high cooling efficiency and a low energy consumption. SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger 10, a refrigerant radiation tube 120 constituted by connecting a plurality of juxtaposed tubes is provided sideways by boring between sets of radiator fins 110 arranged vertically, and both of the upper and lower sides of the fins 110 are stretched so as to increase further the area of radiation, while a water dripping box 210 is provided in a water supply system 20 so as to provide a water flow onto the fins in a state of non-pressure. The water is collected by a water storage box 220 and then introduced again into the water dripping box 210 by using a water tube 232. These operations are repeated, while vaporized water is replenished automatically from outside. Thereof, but also into the bubbles in the course of rising through the water. |
