Gas-pressure regulator for a fuel-heated heat source for feeding a circulating water heating system and a service water heater which has a diaphragm valve which regulates the gas supply to the heat source and the diaphragm of which is exposed on the one hand to the gas pressure prevailing behind the valve and on the other hand to a pressure which can be modulated between two limit values, and which is controlled by a servo valve which is adjusted by the respective hot water requirement. The actuating device of this servo valve (17, 19) is designed as a magnetically influencable actuator (28) and comprises a stationarily arranged magnet (29) which acts on the actuator which is designed as a pivotable lever (28). <IMAGE>
