PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel zinc finger protein (EZI) and the gene thereof. SOLUTION: Mouse and human-originating novel zinc finger protein EZI (endothelial zinc finger protein), the EZI gene encoding the protein, the recombinant vector including the gene, the transformant including the recombinant vector and a method of producing the EZI protein are disclosed.
