PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recycle a digital camera. SOLUTION: Picture data on a picture photographed by a digital camera 1 is ciphered by the digital camera 1 in the system. Ciphered picture data are decoded in a dealer side terminal 100 based on information transmitted from a sever device 300 and they are supplied to a user. One company may manage (administrate) the server device 300 and the dealer side terminal 100, and manufacture and sell the digital camera. A consumer may receive service for purchasing picture information in a specified site that the sever device 300 which the company manages supplies from a personal computer or the like which the consumer possesses instead of the dealer side terminal 100.
