A known type of eccentric driving wheel is fitted with rods (30,30) on the opposite sides of its revolution shaft, and the other ends of the rods (30,30) are fitted to fixed pieces (25,25). Supporting rods (31,31) are fitted to intermediate positions of the rods (30,30), and springs (S,S) are installed to the supporting rods (31,31) to secure them to engaging pieces (26,26) which are formed at the rear of a frame (21). A front wheel (23) is installed at the front of the frame (21) in such a manner that the front wheel becomes a center point for the up and down movements of the frame (21) in accordance with the revolution of the eccentric driving wheel (10). The device of the present invention provides diversified amusements to users.
