PURPOSE:To obtain a house mite controlling agent capable of effectively exterminating mites fed on dust in house by using active component consisting of a combination of isobornyl thiocyanoacetate and a specific pyrazole compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective house mite controlling agent is produced by compounding (A) isobornyl thiocyanoacetate and (B) one or more pyrazole compounds of formula (R is 1-6C alkyl, CF3 or 1-3C alkoxy) [e.g. N-(4-tert- butylbenzyl)-4-chloro-3-ethyl-1-methyl5-pyrazole carboxamide] preferably at a weight ratio (A:B) of 1:(0.01-2.0). The mite-controlling agent has excellent handleability, strong effect and high safety and exhibits excellent effect against any dust mite in house. |
