<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a live information providing system and method that can prevent occurrence of a time lag between an image and a voice, between images or between voices provided for an information communication terminal via a communication line. SOLUTION: At user terminals 30, time information from an NTP server 20 for providing standard time information is received, image information and voice information from video cameras 31 are acquired, live information packets comprising packets of the image information and voice information to each of which the time information is added are generated, and the generated live information packets are transmitted to a live information providing server 10. The live information providing server 10 receives the live information packets, synchronizes live information packets with the same time information in the received live information packets, and transmits the synchronized live information packets to general user terminals 40.</p> |
