PURPOSE:To improve reliability for a charge processing, and to easily change a tariff system after operation by preventing an excess charge generated due to the abnormal end of a satellite line or the like. CONSTITUTION:At the time of a call connection processing, a master station device 1 transmits control data and charge information data to a calling side slave station 2 and a call incoming side slave station 3. The charge information data are collated by the calling side slave station 2 and the call incoming side slave station 3, and when the data are matched, a communicating state is obtained. The call side slave station operates line check in communication in each communicating unit time based on the charge information data, confirms the normality, and transmits a charge signal to a coin telephone at the call side. |
