<p>PURPOSE:To provide the auto-changer device which is greatly improved in the speed of a medium exchange. CONSTITUTION:A control means 6 first takes the previous medium set in a deck 3 to a temporary retreating unit 5 and retreats this temporary retreating unit 5 at the time of exchanging the medium of the deck 3. The fresh medium is taken out of a magazine 2 by a transporting unit 4 simultaneously therewith and this transporting unit 4 is moved to the front of the deck 3 to set the fresh medium to the deck 3. After the fresh medium is set, the previous medium retreated in the temporary retreating unit 5 is taken out by the transporting unit 4 and is stored into the prescribed position of the magazine 2. The front surfaces of the decks 3, 3' are preciously provided with stopper mechanisms 7 for prohibiting the projection of the ejected medium so that the projection of the medium from the decks is prohibited by these stopper mechanisms during the medium exchange.</p> |
