PURPOSE:To enhance the performance of an electrode using water repellent carbon paper prepared in a process in which water repellent agent dispersion is impregnated in carbon paper and the residual dispersion on the surface is removed with a hygroscopic material, and to remarkably improve the performance of a fuel cell using this electrode. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacturing method of an electrode for a solid polymer fuel cell using water repellent carbon paper, the water repellent carbon paper is manufactured in a process in which a water repellent agent, especially PTFE base dispersion is impregnated in carbon paper, and the residual dispersion on the surface is removed with a hygroscopic material. |
