<p>PURPOSE:To realize the labor saving of the management job by automatizing the management of parts. CONSTITUTION:Parts for constituting a product are classified into groups of a large frame of every name, etc., and code of SRA, SRB, etc., is given to every classification. Each group classified into this large frame is further classified into plural groups in accordance with the kinds of use purpose, material, shape, size, etc., and classification code of 001-100, 101-200, etc., is given the each classification. A processing procedure of this classification process is set to a computer system, a discrimination code imparted to parts is inputted to a computer to which this processing procedure is set and information of the parts is retrieved, and also, by inputting the information of the parts to the computer system, the discrimination code is imparted automatically to the parts. By automatizing them, the management job and the maintenance job man-hour of the management can be reduced.</p> |
