PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA encoding a variable region of a heavy chain and a light chain of a new antibody to a surface antigen of a sporozoit of Eimeria sp. causing avian coccidiosis. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a new scFv recombinant antibody to the surface antigen of the sporozoit of Eimeria sp. causing avian coccidiosis, more particularly a new variable region of the heavy chain and the light chain especially suitable for producing scFv recombinant antibody and a scFv recombinant antibody using the same. The scFv recombinant antibody described in the present invention sufficiently exhibits a function as an antibody, shows excellent tissue permeability because of the small size thereof, can be produced in large amount through a host cell of a prokaryotic cell such as E. coli, and is available for manual immunization of the avian coccidiosis and affinity purification to an eimeria vaccine antigen.
