PURPOSE: To reproduce a dynamic image with a smooth motion on a dynamic image receiver by storing dynamic image data upon the notice of external notice setting, storing sequentially moving image data to a reception frame memory so as to reduce 'de-framing'. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic image reception section 3 is provided with a reception control section 31, a demultiplexer section 32, an image decoding section 33, a switch control section 34, an output image changeover switch 35, a holding image storage section 36, and an image output section 37. When the holding is set, the decoding section 33 interrupts decoding processing of coded data to keep storing dynamic image data decoded just before stored in the reception frame memory. Furthermore, the decoding section 33 applies decode processing to a differential error received at present and subject to code processing when the holding is released and synthesizes the dynamic image data stored in the reception frame memory and the dynamic image data received at present. |
