BIODEGRADABLE RESIN COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A biodegradable resin composition is provided, which is applied to a waste bag, a container or a packing buffering material which can be biologically degraded to unharmful materials. CONSTITUTION: The biodegradable resin composition comprises 30-80 wt% of an aliphatic polyester; 10-70 wt% of starch with moisture of 1 % or less; a starch plasticizer whose content is 3-50 wt% to the total starch amount; a starch structure destroying material containing alum and urea whose content is 0.01-2 wt% to the total starch amount; a compatibilizer containing 0.5-10 wt% of an ethylene vinyl alcohol-based compound and an ethylene vinyl acetate-based compound to the amount of the aliphatic polyester and the starch; and a post-processing agent containing 0.01-2 wt% of a metal compound and an organic compound to the total amount of resin.
