摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the harmonic components of a sine wave current of a power-system linked power converting means, by generating the output voltage command value of the power converting means so as to add to it the correcting quantity for correcting the originating raising or lowering portion of an actual power system voltage from a control delay time generated in the term extending from the sensing of the AC power system voltage to the outputting of the power converting means voltage. SOLUTION: A correcting means 23 for generating a correcting quantity >=V output a carrying portion of a power system voltage Vs as the correction quantity >=V. The varying portion ΔV occurs in the term extending from the time when the phase of a commercial AC power system 2 is sensed until a power converting circuit 3 outputs a voltage obtained as an output voltage reference. That is, the correcting means 23 has both a phase leading means 24 for leading by θ/2 the phase of a normalized sine wave signal S2 whose phase and period are sensed from the power system voltage Vs and which is in phase with the voltage Vs and a sampling-time outputting means 25. The correcting quantity ΔV is added to the instantaneous value Vs of the power system voltage toe obtain a corrected command value Vs * of the power system voltage.
