PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify assembly of a bathroom by bonding a waterproof sheet between a bathroom-side inner surface and the bathroom-side lower part of a wall member, and holding a fixing part into place using a holder, which is fitted from above the waterproof sheet on the bathroom-side inner surface, and a fixing screw. SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet 57 is bonded at its lower end to the bathroom-side inner surface of the L-shaped fixing part 51 of a waterproof pan 42. In that case, the upper end of the waterproof sheet 57 is tilted toward the bathroom, the floor of a room that serves as an entrance to the bathroom is formed by a floor member 30, and the outer frame 41 of a bathroom floor panel 40 is secured to a building frame. Thereafter, a wall member 20 is secured to the upper surfaces of the outer frame 41 and the frame member 30, and the top of the waterproof sheet 57 is raised and bonded to the bathroom-side lower part of the wall member 20. Further, a bathtub or the like is placed on and secured to the waterproof pan 42 of the bathroom floor panel 40 to complete a bathroom facility. |
