Nozzle for spraying liquids, including a body (1) pierced with a bore, preferably a cylindrical or cylindro-conical bore and carrying an end-piece (4) pierced with an orifice (5) which may be frustoconical, widening out towards the outside, or in the form of a dihedron opening towards the outside, this orifice being coaxial with a preferably hemispherical turbulence chamber (3) and emerging into the latter via a narrow passage. The end-piece is made of an elastically deformable material, and a stress component (6), which is carried by the body and can move in relation to the end-piece, acts on the said end-piece in order to adjust the cross-section and/or the shape of the said orifice, without substantially deforming the turbulence chamber.
