PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time until the end of authentication processing by authenticate-processing a call-incoming response received within a fixed time in order with respect to one call-incoming request. SOLUTION: When authentication is confirmed to a PHS terminal as the result of authentication processing (S9), a timer T is stopped (S11) and all the links at a step receiving a call-incoming response or authenticate-processing at this point in time are disconnect-processed (S12). After resetting the number of the transmitting times of call-incoming requests N (S13), connection processing is executed between with the authenticated PHS terminal (S14). All the incoming calls received after waiting the passing of a fixed time are not authenticate- processed but the call-incoming responses are authenticate-processed in the order of receiving to finish call-incoming response reception at the point of authenticate-confirming time to enter connection processing like this. Thereby, a call-incoming response receiving time is set to be an optional time until the end of authentication and confirming to reduce time for authentication processing.
