PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of an IC card also obtain contact stability. SOLUTION: A cover 10 is mounted rotatably on a base insulator 20. In the cover 10, a return spring 12 biasing the cover 10 in a first rotational direction and a stopper 16 holding the cover 10 in the initial position against biasing force of the return spring 12 are respectively provided. Further, in the cover 10, a cam part 14 is provided, which rotates the cover 10 from the initial position to a second rotational direction opposite to the first rotational direction against biasing force of the return spring 12 when an IC card 50 is inserted in the base insulator 20 by exceeding a prescribed insertion amount. Also a card support surface 15 is provided, which depresses a lower surface 50b of the IC card 50 to a contact part of a contact by depressing an upper surface 50a of the IC card 50 when the cover 10 is rotated in the second rotational direction.
