A flexible wiring board (10) which connects a terminal (32) provided over the direction of width near a curved edge portion of a curved-surface liquid crystal panel (30) and a terminal (52) provided over the direction of width near an edge portion of a circuit board (50) laid out near the curved-surface liquid crystal panel (30). The wiring board (10) has a buffer area for absorbing distortion, between a panel side connection portion (12) connected to the terminal (32) of the curved-surface liquid crystal panel (30) and a circuit board side connection portion (14) connected to the terminal (52) of the circuit board (50). Thus, a highly reliable flexible wiring board for connecting the curved-surface display panel and the circuit board which prevents distortion from acting on the connection portions and prevents stress from remaining may be provided.
