SOLUTION: In a parts management system to retrieve a subpart compatible with a main part flowing in a main part production line from a subparts storage area and to allocate it, a subparts storage area is provided for each individually divided flow area and also terminal sequencers SC1 that can freely and mutually transmit information and a master sequencer M that gives a retrieval condition to these terminal sequencers SC1 in accordance with a flow order of the main part are provided. A location table 5 that arranges block tables 6 for the number of subparts existing in the terminal sequencers SC1 is provided inside of the terminal sequencers SC1, it is judged in accordance with the priority order whether or not pats data D matching the retrieval condition exist in the location table 5, and a subpart corresponding to a part data D existence of which can be first confirmed is made a compatible part.</p> |
