<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to fit to or remove a protecting pipe from an overhead distribution line surely and easily. SOLUTION: This is a protecting pipe inserting machine 100 for fitting a protecting pipe to an electric wire 16, by successively connecting long protecting pipes in their longitudinal directions mutually whose each one end is a male joint and the other end is a female joint, and veering them out by utilizing a feeding force by a tire 15, or for removing the protecting pipes from the electric wire 16, utilizing the feeding force by the tire 15. In this case, protecting pipe connecting fittings 30 are provided, and the protecting pipe connecting fittings 30 have a stopper 35 into which the male joint of a protecting pipe is insertable and by which its female joint is hooked and fixed, and the stopper 35 is so constituted as to be able to release the fixing of the female joint.</p> |
