<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately change a communication quality request in accordance with the state of a network by storing plural communication qualities required for a communication device, selecting at least one connecting device among plural connecting devices based on the communication qualities and holding a communication resource through the selected connecting device. SOLUTION: A LAN telephone terminal 111-i performs transmission destination ID setting, selects the transmission destination with a flow selection processing and performs a transmission operation. The terminal 111-i reads a communication quality with a 1st priority through reference to the communication quality list of a speech communication data flow as an object and starts a connecting device retrieval of a LAN telephone server 110. The server 110 retrieves a PSTN-LAN telephone connecting device 113-2 which can satisfy the communication quality and the terminal 111-i optionally selects a connecting device ID according to the obtained connecting device ID list and holds a resource for the selected device 113-2.</p> |
