PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser generator having high stability and reliability. SOLUTION: In a laser beam generator, having an excitation light source 4 consisting of a semiconductor laser and having a laser medium 2 generating laser light 15, the excitation light source 4 and the laser medium 2 are arranged on the same substrate 1 and the excitation light sources 4, 5 and the laser medium 2 are thermally set to a separated state. Or, in a laser light generator having the excitation light sources 4, 5, a wedge type wave guides 9, 10 and the laser medium 2 generating the laser light 15, the excitation light source 2, the wedge type wave guides 9, 10 and the laser medium 2 are arranged on the same substrate. |
