PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency superposing module for optical pickups which is easily miniaturized due to the reduction in the number of elements, surely prevents the high-frequency from returning to the electric source side and properly matches with that on the laser diode's side in impedance. SOLUTION: An electric source which feeds direct current to a laser diode is used in common as an electric source for oscillation circuit 13. An LC low path filter 14 is provided between the terminal 11 of the common electric source and the oscillation circuit 13. An impedance-matching circuit 15 is provided between the oscillation circuit 13 and the laser diode 1. For a bypath condenser for stabilizing the operation of the oscillation circuit 13 which constitutes the parts of the LC low path filter 14 and impedance-matching circuit 15, a condenser C8 is used in common. |
