FIELD: communication equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has housing with two basic surfaces, which are shaped by rigid plates similar to credit cards, power supply, microcontroller, and memory units. Transmitter and receiver are mounted on one side of housing and provide duplex communication channel between two terminals. In addition device has personal data memory unit, acquired data memory unit, and software control units, including units for copying personal data of first device into acquired data memory unit of second device.
