摘要 FIELD: systems and means controlling agricultural production, specifically, alcohol. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to development of methods and hardware for agricultural monitoring. Given device operates on basis of modulation technique of measurement of angle of turn of polarization plane of radiation of bichromate Zeeman laser. Device incorporates optical dishes and optoelectron registration system. The latter is made of two channels, measurement and reference. Each channel includes identical polaroid, photodetector, band-pass filter and Schmitt flip-flop connected in series. Reference channel is added with controlled meander phase inverter that can be manufactured in the form of piezoelectric controlled rotary mechanism carrying polaroid of reference channel. Registration system incorporates synchronous detector and differential amplifier placed in series in negative feedback circuit of autoadjustment of phase inverter. Differential amplifier is connected to analog-to-digital converter. This makes it feasible to build noise-immune two-channel optoelectron system registering angle of turn of polarization plane of radiation, to increase considerably sensitivity and precision of device while determining angles of turn of polarization plane of radiation caused by natural optical activity of solutions containing sugar or other optically active components and to render process of measurement, storage and data processing completely automatic.
