PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling efficiency of an intercooler and a radiator and to improve the reliability of the intercooler in a cooling device for an engine with super charger where the engine and an automatic transmission(AT) are horizontally loaded on an engine room, a turbo supercharger and the intercooler are mounted on an intake path of the engine, and the radiator is mounted at a side of the intercooler in the engine room at a front side of a vehicle to the engine. SOLUTION: Both of an intercooler 9 and a radiator 1 comprise the tanks on the upper and lower both sides thereof. The intercooler 9 receives the intake from a turbo supercharger 8 in its lower tank 8, and supplies the same from an upper tank 17 to an engine side. The intercooler 9 is mounted at a side of an AT in the car width direction to the radiator 1.
