A tool horn for converting longitudinal vibrations produced in an ultrasonic processing device (DE) to torsional vibrations comprising a vibration converting portion (1) and a torsional vibration tool portion (2), the both portions being integrally formed, wherein a disclike main body (11) is provided in which flexible vibrations are induced when longitudinal ultrasonic vibrations are provided and wherein a pair of projecting frames (12) that can be continuously provided a longitudinal vibration horn are formed on one side of the disc-like main body (11) and a connecting elongated projection (14) which is continuously provided on the torsional vibration tool (2) is formed on the other side, the connecting elongated projection (14) and the projecting frames (12) being placed diagonally to each other.
