HIGH QUALITY CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for producing high quality construction materials is provided to construct a firm building by using the construction materials having high intensity, heat insulation, soundproof and heat resistance and to reduce constructing cost by decreasing constructing time and labor cost. CONSTITUTION: A motor(21) mixed by sand and cement is atomized to a mold, and a glass fiber(22) is supplied to the mold by cutting the glass fiber with a specific length to insert the glass fiber of alkali resistance to the motor. Bubble contained on an outer layer(2) is removed by vibrating the frame to densely make the surface of the outer layer. Then, the mortar equally spreads synthetic resin to integrate with an inner layer(1) forming plural hollow units(13) on an upper portion of an outer layer. The mortar mixed by sand and cement is atomized in the upper portion of the solidified inner layer. The glass fiber is supplied to the mortar by cutting the specific length to insert the glass fiber of alkali resistance, and the bubble contained in the outer layer is removed by vibrating the outer layer to make the surface of the outer layer density.
