MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS ANTIGEN DETECTION KIT CONTAINING ANTI-M. TUBERCULOSIS ANTIBODY AND ANTI-M. LEPRAE ANTISERUM

PURPOSE: Provided is a diagnosis kit having 62.5% of sensitivity and 96% of specificity to detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium leprae existing in patient's feces. Thereby, Mycobacterium sp. can be diagnosed correctly and in a short period of time. CONSTITUTION: A diagnosis kit for detecting antigens of Mycobacterium tuberculosis includes: (i) a polystyrene plate where normal serums and purified antibodies of Mycobacterium tuberculosis are put in different wells; (ii) buffer solution containing beads of 0.1-3 mm in size to grind sediments of patient's feces; (iii) normal antigens of the bacteria; (iv) antiserum obtained by immunizing an animal with Mycobacterium tuberculosis; (v) conjugates marked with luminant antibody; (vi) solution containing substrates reacting with enzymes; and (vii) solution for stopping enzyme reaction.
