PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of holding an appropriate energizing state over a long term, making sliding resistance at a contact part between a supply electrode and a receiving electrode small, simplifying at least the structure of the contact part between the supply electrode and the receiving electrode and facilitating appropriate energizing regardless of the disposing position of a heating layer. SOLUTION: A spherical concave electric contact part for receiving power 23 is formed on each receiving electrode 22, and a spherical convex electric contact part for supply 27 consisting of the radius of curvature smaller than that of the spherical concave surface of the contact part 23 is formed on the supply electrode 26, and the contact parts 23 and 27 are formed to abut on each other.
