Acoustic signal are played on a telecommunication connection (15) into an attachment (16) via a telecommunication arrangement (1) connected to telecommunication network (7). PC with special audio card is used for playing acoustic signals i.e. music, language. It has a keyboard (9) for inputting synchronization information and access code. Then they are transfers for synchronizing the insertion between attachment (16) and PC and for protection of unauthorized insertion of acoustic signal.
