PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transmitter that can surely obtain information denoting a closed contact and use the information for its analysis. SOLUTION: A sub-station side is provided with a sampling means that samples information in 1-bit of a contact that is closed in a rip state from a plurality of contacts for a prescribed time interval respectively and an optical transmitter 1 that stores a plurality of bits of the sampled contact information in a form of a frame in a prescribed bit length and transmits the frame with the same period as that of the sampling interval, and an analyzer side is provided with an optical receiver that always receives frames to detect closing of any contact because a change is arisen from a numeral expressed by a received frame and with a trip information supply means that stores data of a prescribed frames received after this detection and supplies the stored data to the analyzer. |
