PURPOSE: A construction method for a loess health floor and a floor mat are provided to improve the emission of infrared ray, durability and heat insulation. CONSTITUTION: A construction method for a loess health floor comprises the steps of; covering a loess layer(7) made by covering the 0.01-0.05mm of loess on normal cement layer(8); installing a copper plate(6), of which the purity is over 99.9%, on the loess layer; forming a layer(4) made by covering bamboo charcoal(5), jade powder, loess and charcoal powder on the layer of the bamboo charcoal; piping(3) on the layer for boiler heating and etc.; installing a loess quicklime layer(2) including 80-90% of loess and 10-20% of quicklime on the piping; and finishing using rectangular jade(1).
