DRY PURIFICATION METHOD OF POTTERY STONE BY SELECTIVE GRINDING AND INERTIAL CLASSIFICATION FOR IMPROVING QUALITY AND PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A dry purification method of pottery stone by selective grinding and gravitation inertial classification and its process are provided, to increase the content of Al2O3 of pottery stone, thereby to improve the quality. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of crushing raw pottery stone by using a jaw crusher and a cone crusher; crushing the pottery stone more finely by using a triple roll; grinding the crushed pottery stone selectively by vertical shaft impact; classifying the ground pottery stone by a gravitation inertial classifier; bag filtering it and recovering the purified stone by using a cyclone; and grinding the residue by a Raymond mill, classifying it by a gravitational classifier; recovering the classified one by using a cyclone; and preparing the construction finishing material using it.
