PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for injection molding for molding an air bag door integrally with an instrument panel without causing the lack of a wall while keeping proper connection strength to a panel main body and a method for molding the air bag door using the mold. SOLUTION: In the mold for injection molding, the first and second mold bodies 3 and 4 for regulating a cavity to be filled with a resin material and a core 7 for forming a break part which is formed in the second mold body 4 and can move in relation to the first mold body 3 are provided, and the tip of the core 7 has a plurality of blades 7a protruding in the direction of the first mold body 3 from the second mold body 4 so that the depth of the break part formed by the core 7 is changed in the elongation direction of the break part.
