PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent collision of an anti-slip material against a vehicle which is overtaking a vehicle running ahead without stopping spray working of the anti-slip material. SOLUTION: The position of the discharge opening of a shoot is variably driven and controlled to a rotating spray disk. Since the position of the discharge opening may be changed, the discharge opening part may be moved or the shoot is rotatably provided, a shaft member or/and the shoot are driven, and the position of the discharge opening may be changed. In addition, the spray disk or/and the shoot are vertically driveably provided through a motor, and even it can be moved downward from the uppermost position of normal working, the same effect can be obtained.
