PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet punching device for applying perforations to magnetic paint-coated paper or the like, capable of continuously feeding the sheet, increasing the feeding speed, applying high-precision perforation machining, suppressing the abrasion of edges, and facilitating maintenance. SOLUTION: This sheet punching device comprises a male wheel 20 and a female wheel 30 synchronously rotated in opposite directions, male punches 40 provided at fixed peripheral strokes on the peripheral face of the male wheel 20, and female dies 50 provided at fixed peripheral strokes on the peripheral face of the female wheel 30. Sharp perforations 5 are punched on the magnetic paint-coated paper 4 by the meshing of the male punches 40 and the female dies 50. In the meshing structure of the male punches 40 and the female dies 50, a cemented carbide material is used for the male punches 40, an SK material is used for the female dies 50, thereby cutting edge sections are formed at the meshing sections of the male punches 40 and the female dies 50, and both clearances are adjusted to nearly 0.
