PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noise generated while blowing ionized air. SOLUTION: Since an electrode needle 31 is arranged higher than an electrode plate 33 from an inwall 11a, possibility of discharge along a surface is made lower while increasing quantity of the ionized air by exposing more air to discharge generated between both electrodes and further air resistance by a column 34 is suppressed. Thereby noise can be suppressed.
