<p>The invention relates to a citrus fruit squeezer with centrifugation of the squeezed product, comprising a squeezing cone (1) and a centrifugation bowl (2) provided with holes and/or grooves (3) to strain the juice or squeezed product that is collected in a collecting bowl (4a, 4b). Said cone (1) and bowl (2) are independent of one another, separable and independently rotational and are associated with different shafts (5 and 6) which are actuated by corresponding transmissions (7 and 8) that are coupled to a single electric motor (9) or independent electric motors (10, 11). The cone (1) and the centrifugation bowl (2) are actuated at different speeds in the same or opposite direction. A device is optionally provided to voluntarily cancel actuation of the cone (1) or bowl (2). Said collecting bowl (4a, 4b) includes an outer annular container (17a, 17b) for collecting the excess pulp expelled from the bowl (2).</p> |
