PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a network quality evaluating device where the circuit scale of a buffer circuit can be reduced. SOLUTION: In the network quality evaluating device, a communication packet transmitted on a communication network is fetched, and the communication quality of the communication network is evaluated by information. The device is provided with a packet capture means performing a packet filter processing and a data filter processing in parallel on the communication packet which is fetched and selecting or rejecting data extracted/accumulated by the data filter processing, based on the processing result of the packet filter processing and a storage circuit storing data selected by the packet capture means.
