PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive of PCMCIA(Personal Computer Memory Card International Association) card type which can be considerably increased in the storage capacity by the structure improvement of the disk drive. SOLUTION: The disk drive is provided with a disk 11, disk driving part 12 driving the disk, a recording/reproducing device 13 reproducing recorded data, a first case 110 equipped with a recording/reproducing driving part driving a recording/reproducing device, a connector 121 connected to the first case with free to turn and formed to one end of the first case, a second case 120 provided with a driving circuit 18 driving/controlling a recording/reproducing driving part and a connection means 130 connecting a recording/reproducing device 13 and a recording/reproducing driving part 14 with a driving circuit electrically.
